Full Property Management Service
- Advertise and promote the property until a suitable Tenant is found.
- Monthly rental collection and payment to your designated bank account (within seven working days from receipt).

Inventories - Are They Worth It?
Since the introduction of government-authorised tenancy deposit protection schemes in April 2007 it has been more important than ever to ensure not only that you have an inventory, but that it is comprehensive, exhaustive, accurate and up-to-date.
For a fee, we will complete a thorough inventory of the property prior to moving your new tenants in. Inventories and Schedules of Condition are essential in the settling of disputes relating to the return of tenants’ deposits, and we highly recommend that you take advantage of this service. Without an inventory, or even if you have one but it is insufficiently comprehensive, any claims that the tenant has dirtied or damaged the property beyond general wear and tear cannot be verified. This means it is quite possible that the cleaning and repair bills will be all yours.
The cost of taking a full inventory varies according to the size of a property:
Studio/ one bedroomed property - £75.00
Two bedroomed property - £85.00
Three bedroomed property - £100.00
Four plus bedroomed property - POA
(all prices are for unfurnished properties and are subject to VAT at 20%)
